Please consider I may be working and at least one hour notice is recommended Same day appointments are available. I book 1 and 1/2 hours apart just in case we run long. Depending on your body's needs :) I tend to be more on the medium to heavy pressure side so if you like lite touch please let me know. I use oil not lotion and you are welcome to wash off after if you like. or I can give you a warm towel rub down on the table after to remove residual oils.
