Then again I’ll wipe you off top to bottom with a soft towel to remove excess creme/lotion. You can elect to have particular areas skipped or worked on more, just need to let me know. You’re welcome to be draped with either a sheet or towel if it would make you more comfortable; just need to let me know. I've been working with some hot paks for moist heat on the neck and back areas where some clients seem to need 'extra' work due to tightness and then go in and work the areas with massage using the Swedish with some deep tissue and finding good results. Although I'm trained to do full-body deep tissue massage, I don't particularly enjoy it as I do the Swedish, and also think the methods I'm currently using produce the same results that are much more pleasant/enjoyable for the client than just regular deep tissue work, in addition to having a longer lasting effect. This should add no more than 5-10 minutes to the massage time and I currently offer this for free and part of my regular session The majority of clients enjoy them, saying they feel good, are relaxing, and quite effective in loosening them up. They’re not required, so if you prefer to skip the heat/hot paks just let me know. My hours are currently 10am-8pm Sunday through Saturday.
